The Powder Craft^TM Process

Powder coating is a dry powder applied electro-statically, or in laymen's terms, using static electricity. Then the part is placed in one of our specially designed ovens to cure or bake. Once removed form our ovens the true color can be seen.

The benefits of Powder Craft's powder coating are vast. First, it is extremely durable—in most cases 700 times more durable than wet paint. Second, it is impervious to the elements, and will not fade or crack even when left in direct sunlight. Third, it is very chemical-resistant. Even gasoline and brake fluid will not damage it. All of these factors make Powder Craft's powder coating process superior.
